I like the options in the "Refine your search"-box very much, but it sucs that it is alwas miniaturised! So my suggestion: Make an option to the preffenses-Dialog, with a tile like "How to show die "Refine your search"-box per default?" and the answers: "always minimized", "always maximized", "remember status (Cookie)"!
