Index doesn't update
The file index for Exalead desktop only updates when the program is started.
The indexing of Outlook works in realtime, but the indexing of files doesn't, so I have to quit Exalead and restart it to update the index

For exactly the same reason I ceased using Exalead Desktop two years ago. Now I gave it another try. The program is undoubtedly better, but this problem persists.
Verified on two completely different computers (WinXP and Vista Business), and from some other discussion I know we are not the only two.
It's a pity, without automatic indexing this software is not of any use. And if there's even no response after so long time, let alone solution, I'll have to choose different application.
