Idea to improve thumbnail images
One blogger offered a suggestion that makes a lot of sense. He said, "Exalead has that little preview window next to each result from a search. Great, but unless you have microscopic vision, its relatively useless. To see the image you still have to click into it. What would be cool is if they could have the image expand to a readable size when you rolled over it. That would be super useful from a recruiters perspective (i.e. when your results are resumes or CVs)." Think this would be a great improvement!

I almost posted about this idea, luckily I went searching for it because previously i didn't see a post related to the idea. I don't want to call the idea simple, but i mean, that idea is relatively easily associated with the style and development of exalead. To create a mouse over to view the same image a bit larger for use would make the already innovative abilities of exalead, which is what draws the most attention, more innovative and useful than before. Definately move to "Under Development", because this was posted many months ago, i commented it to bring it back into rotation. Maybe throw juicy up the updating ability of the thumbnail and we won't bother you again for at least another year. or so. <grin>
