I will try the upgrade the next time I have the chance.
Are there instructions for doing a 'clean' re-install? I have had issues before where doing a normal uninstall did not appear to completely remove all traces, since a subsequent install would fail or one desktop would not run properly. In some cases, the only way I could get exalead working properly was to wait for the next time I rebuilt my system.


Can you try and update to the latest version 4.6.0.515 and tell us if the problem is still there please ?
