You may have noticed that this feedback platform went through some modifications.
We realized that most of the suggestions we received from the form available at the bottom of each exalead search engine page were redundant. We don’t want to automate the response of answering these emails we used to process every day but today we can no longer operate this task without the result of penalizing some users.
In a few moments, the form will disappear and the link will lead to this website. We hope the answers that have been brought here from the beginning (and the ones that will come) will be useful to everyone.
In order to facilitate the navigation, this platform is divided into 4 categories:
- « Search Engine » to make suggestions about Exalead’s Web Search Engine
- « BAAGZ » is dedicated to remarks concerning the BAAGZ platform
- « ExaLabs » welcomes suggestions about applications you may have seen on the ExaLabs website
- « Misc » so you can make suggestions about everything else: exalead desktop, the Exalead Company, community…
Former categories are replaced by keywords from the tag cloud.
Everytime you post a suggestion, it would be great for the community if you could associate general and standardized tags to it, so users can easily find it in the future.
Before submitting a suggestion, please check that a similar suggestion hasn’t already been posted before!
